Is This the Ultimate Biker Wallet?
Remember George Costanza? Jason Alexander's character from "Seinfeld" had a wallet so overstuffed with junk that the term "Costanza wallet" became a way to describe a pocketbook ready to explode with receipts, cards, and other bits of personal detritus.
Motorcyclists tend to travel light, and most of us can't afford to lug a "Costanza" around with us, so when I came across the $15 Jimi wallet I had to check it out. It's small, it's light, and though it doesn't hold a whole lot, I think it's one of the best wallets out there for bikers.
To find out the Jimi's pros and cons, check out my Jimi wallet product review. And in case you're concerned that the orange version shown here doesn't fit your personal style, note that they come in several other colors, including clear.

Those wallets would probably look great in the pocket of somebody wearing a $500 canvas darian jacket while lounging in a comfortable $150 hermit chair made of toothpicks. Me, i’ll have to settle for a nice thin imitation leather wallets for $5.00 or less from one of the many street vendors here in the city. My imitation leather will also probably outlast every item mentioned in this commment…
Mork,
Do you have to “settle” for a $5 wallet because you are “investing” so much in chrome?
I’ve been carrying a Jimi wallet for about a year now, and I love it. The best benefit is that I don’t have to take my driver’s license out to show when I use my credit card — I can just hold up my wallet, and it shows through. Very convenient, and after a year of daily use, it still looks great.
I think that’s quite interesting. Where can we possibly buy it?
