Photo Gallery: The 2007 Triumph Tiger 1050
You may recall my 963-mile MotoGP odyssey earlier this year, in which I traveled from Los Angeles to Monterey, California on a 2007 Triumph Tiger. Between fillups, my road trip enabled me to experience the bike's torquey triple engine, handling, and comfort level after several straight hours in the saddle.
I'll share its road manners when I publish a full review soon, but in the meantime take a gander at the bike's skin deep qualities and enjoy my 2007 Triumph Tiger photo gallery, which covers everything from the Tiger's removable saddlebags to its brakes.

Though I’m a cruiser guy, one of these may have to be in my garage when I finally get to NM. Lots of nice dirt and gravel roads there.
Just a note: the Int’l Moto show in NY begins in 32 minutes!!
After looking through this gallery, and also checking out the Rocket Touring model, one really needs to think twice about what a nice value Triumph is offering us - especially since the Sterling is trouncing the Dollar right now. If, for whatever reason, you don’t want a Japanese bike, Triumph looks like a really nice alternative. I’ll looking at them at the show tomorrow.
Scottie,
The fact that used Triumph Street Triples are going for more than than they cost new reflects that Triumph’s pricing really is quite appropriate.
I don’t know how eager I’d be to take a Tiger offroad (I think it’s evolved into much more of a road bike,) but I’m looking forward to sharing my on-road impressions.
Enjoy the show when you get to it!

My error. The picture had the Tiger on a dirt road, but clearly it is not a cross-over.
Scottie,
No biggie– it was more of an adventure bike before the ‘07 refresh.
