Full Review: 2008 Harley-Davidson Cross Bones
Resident SUV guru Jason Fogelson, who reviewed the Harley Nightster and Yamaha Star Raider for us, has tested another cruiser. His latest conquest is Harley's attempt at evoking postwar bobber styling in a (somewhat) modern package: the controversial Harley-Davidson Softail Cross Bones.
I won't spoil the review for you, but I do feel obliged to mention that all-around good guy Jason claims the Cross Bones manages to make "even a geek" like him look cool. Check out Jason's 2008 Harley-Davidson Cross Bones review, and browse the bike's updated photo gallery while you're at it.

I’ve looked at the Cross Bones in the showroom and thought it was pretty neat, especially the old style seat. I sat on the bike and felt cool. My complaint though is the rear duck-bill fender. That is too modern, and not a bobbed fender at all. I feel this let the overall design down.
I’ve yet to see one on the road. Nuff said…
Just got back fron Rolling Thunder in DC and saw several Crossbones there. Good looking bike!
