Ride Safe This Fourth!

No matter what your steed of choice-- whether you ride a Harley or a metric, whether you tour or carve canyons (or both), be sure to have a safe and fun Fourth of July weekend.

California drivers recently enjoyed a cell phone ban, but I doubt that will stop motorists from driving while distracted... add the x-factor of alcohol, and that can spell disaster on the roads. Keep your wits about you out there, and if you're riding long distances be sure your tires and chain are in good shape, pack a safety kit, plan your trip efficiently, and ride safely in a group.

And all preachiness aside, I hope you enjoy everything the open road has to offer this Fourth.
