Wild Hogs, last year's film about wannabe bikers and their middle-aged fascination with Harleys and the open road, was a surprise hit... personally, I wanted 100 minutes of my life back after watching the Tim Allen / John Travolta / Martin Lawrence vehicle, but there must be a market for it since I know of a certain forum member who watches the flick every night before bed.
With a rumored sequel in the works, my question for you is: Would you watch Wild Hogs?, part II
1. Absolutely; The first one was good, and the second one will probably be even better.2. No way; I'd rather eat glass than watch a sequel to Wild Hogs.
3. I'd rather actually ride than watch a movie about riding.

Wild hogs almost made me smile a couple times. Classics like “easy rider” & “wild ones” and other old mc movies make me roll over in my grave…
I think Wild Hogs was exactly what it was suppose to be – slapstick, sophmoric humor. I emjoyed it but I don’t think there should be a sequel.
OK, enough Easy Rider and the Wild Bunch are classics. Wild Hogs is an unwatchable stew of mediocrity that will soon be forgotten. Just because it made money does not make it good.
Brad…Wild Bunch or Wild Ones. I understand, Wild Hogs was such an abortion it hurts the brain to think about it. I’ll stop riding (after 34 year) before I’ll sit though that thing (I can’t call it a film) again.
Wow… no love for Wild Hogs.
I’d rather watch:
Faster
Faster and Faster
The Doctor, The Tornado and the Kentucky Kid
Long Way Round
Long Way Down
Feasting on Asphalt I and II
Wild Hogs ought to be nominated for several awards, not to mention an oscar for marisa…
Most people take some things to serious like movies. My vote on movies is if I can stay awake or not.
The 1st move I did stay awake because I am a life time Harley rider. My son likes the move so I get my sleep on each time we turn it on again.
But I will not watch the 2nd movie if they keep dropping Harleys or just treat them bad. I think the movie can be funny without dropping bikes.
Us Harley riders do not take joy in seeing Harleys dropped or trashed. If you think that’s funny drop yours and see.
That’s my view and I am not that serious about movies in General. Like one of the persons stated ( I ride more than check out movies)
Wild Hogs is a movie that appealed to people that know nothing about motorcycles and motorcycle clubs. It had its funny moments and to some extent was entertaining. I think a sequel will be worse and should not be made but my opinion really doesn’t count with the Hollywood types. I will probably watch it anyway (when it is shown on regular TV) just to see how bad it can be!
For those of us that are not great riders, have no time due to a really crappy world and need to rev up our desires every now and then, it was good. I found where the bridge is and trying to make plans to ride the 500 miles to it. A sequel would be nice with more scenery and less romance.
I didn’t understand the point of this movie at all. The heroes are posers, but posers are the real heroes? It seems to be insulting the people – guys who ride to get away from the stresses of the “real world” and find a little freedom – that are their target market. The guys can barely ride and they are idiots. Sure the “real bikers” are the bad guys, but wouldn’t you be pissed if someone came to your place and blew up your motorcycles? If I never see this movie again, it will be too soon.
Inasmuch as the movie was about middle aged goofballs (myself included), I think that the Harley angle was downplayed sufficiently to make it a fun movie for anyone (I bought a previously viewed copy). It did not feel like a 99 minute Harley commercial. I would, however, like to see some marque diversity in a sequel (maybe Wild Hogs go to Europe, and bring unity to all marques, even the evil BMW riders…
Regardless, I would watch a sequel once, and depending on its merit, maybe more.
YES, I will watch Wild Hogs 2, I was funny as was to be and not serious–If you look back at Wild One and Easy Rider–THEY WERRE CHEAP MOVIES–and a bunch of BS. I watch a movie for enjoyment. You H.D. riders sould look at it that way. Your beard is pulling on your brain. I don`t own a Harley and would not own one. OVER PRICED AND OVER RATED.
Wild hogs was very unrealistic. I’m a real biker and i ride around with a plastic 2nd place trophy tie wired to my handlebars to prove it…
Personally I own Hondas… I never even noticed that the “heroes” had Harleys when I first saw the movie. And I also disagree with Zoom who said that anyone who enjoyed the movie knew nothing about motorcycles or clubs. I own two motorcycles, and I’m a club president.
The three wannabes in the movie, turned out to be true bikers. They even looked after the bad guys by building them a new club house and stocking it with beer!!!
I would not go the sequel unless a different brand of bike was thrown into the mix, at least a Victory. Like so many other riders, I am not caught up in the ‘Harley mistique’, and agree that they are over rated, over priced, and under powered.
This movie was about me and my brothers. Yes we have jobs and love to ride to get away from it all. Everytime I watch Wildhogs I laugh. As for the bikes used, it was the style of bike not the brand that was important. They could have ridden any other cruiser and it would have worked. I would definitely watch another fun, lighthearted movie with these characters.
Fair dinkum. It was a movie for fux sake! You know, escapism, fantasy etc. If they hadn’t used HDs you would all be whinging that they weren’t patriotic! If you ride a bike you are a real biker. Similar things were said about you Septic Tanks(Yanks)- oversexed, overpaid and over here. If you don’t like this, build a bridge and get over it. Whew, that feels better.
I loved wild hogs. It was a very funny… MOVIE! I own my own Hog. I would have enjoyed it just as much if they rode Honda’s or Yamaha’s. Don’t be so serious. Enjoy it and move on. I would watch a sequel. People read to much into everything these days. IT WAS A FUNNY MOVIE. Love the characters.
the movie was very funny.l have been riding for 30 years. What l thought was funny,is everything that happen to them.It happen to me.love the movie
My husband, I and friends went and watched the first one and loved it. We were still laughing on the ride home. We would love to see a sequel.
People take some things to seriously like movies, I watch movies for one reason to be entertained. Was I entertained with “Wild Hogs”, and the answer is yes and would love to see another.
I would watch “HOGS 2, the real poser’s here are the people that don’t ride, maybe a LIL expossure to them will enlighten them WE are out there, less T-bones, less funerals ect When I ride I wave at every rider, he or she is putting their life on the line, as I am, for the pleasure of OUR ride, More expossure, bring it on Wild Hogs 2, 3, 4
Jacko
Wild hogs is one of the best movies ever invented its the reason why i got my own motorcycle i would watch it a million times i wish rich ross wasnt an idiot and would make wildhogs 2 rich ross you suck. =[
Been riding 30 years. Been in clubs, now a loner.
It was just a movie! Over the years I’ve had funny stuff happen to me, sometimes scary stuff! It’s all a part of riding and most REAL scooter trash are some of the funniest people on Earth.
I’d like to see a sequel.
I can’t understand what’s wrong with all those people who didn’t like “Wild Hogs”. I laughed hysterically. To me, the Harleys weren’t the stars, the people and the story were. I”ve been riding since 1965; touring, sport touring, street, dual purpose bikes, and a scooter. Never a Harley…(and that’s only half the story). I was also attracted to the fact that it was filmed right here in NM. Bring on the sequels!
