If you thought motorcycle gang violence was limited to TV shows and movies, think again: a pipe bomb blast in San Jose is being considered a retaliation against the murder of San Francisco Hells Angels leader Mark "Papa" Guardado.
Nobody was hurt in the blast, but authorities are on alert; ""These boys have been feuding since at least 1977," explains a biker gang consultant in a San Jose Mercury News story. "Just the fact that your victim is a Mongol you have to look at the Hells Angels. They certainly can carry a grudge."
Whether or not the violence will continue to escalate is anybody's guess, but it certainly is a reminder that the stuff of fiction is often based on real life.

I think its pretty wild that the H.A. are getting into a war with mongoloids. Its kind of sad really. Leave the poor goofy bastards alone. Well if you want draw attention away from your bad doings, then you plant or do something to make your enemy look guilty. I.E. The pipe bome did almost no damage, therefore I think the mongols did the bombing to make it look as if the H.A. did it.

I’m no Mongul or belong to any group, but don’t agree with HA’s giving permission for a groupto wear colors or to exist. I couldn’t see supporting any group to survive screw that. I heard back in the day HA didn’t want veteran Chicano’s in the group so they started their own. Just respect everyone and have the older bikers control the younger ones.
