Honda CRF230L Gets Supermoto Treatment for 2009, Spinning Off the CRF230M
Monday October 6, 2008
My recent review of the Honda CRF230L praised its off and on-road abilities, but if you don't need a dual purpose and want a small displacement, easy to ride street bike, Honda now has another way to go.
Equipped with 17" wheels, street tires, and a more aggressive urban look, Honda's Supermoto style CRF230M is another solid option for beginner riders. At $4,795, it's priced in between the $3,999 Kawasaki Ninja 250R and the $6,190 Yamaha WR250X; with more entry level motorcycles and scooters hitting the market, now is shaping up to be a great time to hit the road on two wheels.
