Harley-Davidson's 2011 lineup may have been trimmed down this year, but their selection of Custom Vehicle Operations bikes-- aka CVOs-- is as robust as ever, suggesting there's strong demand for these high-priced, limited production motorcycles.

Returning for the sixth straight year is the 2011 Harley-Davidson CVO Ultra Classic Electra Glide, which carries the heftiest pricetag of $36,499, is only available in one color, and will see a total run of only 1,500 units.
The 2011 CVO Street Glide wears the largest front wheel ever produced for a touring Harley, and the $32,499 bike will be limited to 3,700 units.
The 2011 CVO Road Glide Ultra is priced at $35,999 and will be limited to 3,000 units.
And finally, the CVO Softail Convertible returns for 2011 with improved touring capabilities and a two-speaker stereo. The $29,599 bike will be limited to 2,400 units.

I’m very disapointed with the 2011 CVO ultra “choice” in that you do NOT have a choice. The bike looks like they took left over 2010s that did’nt sale and just changed colors. What a sad display for what is suposed to be the Harley Davidson “top of the line”. Someone at corporate needs fired and a re-due in the works.
Thanks, My two cents worth
The ultra has run its course. 5 years is enough. The new Road Glide Ultras are the thing now and the Street Glides. The Road Glide is the finest riding bike ever produced and now they have styling to boot. Paint Scheme sucks but I am sure they will get it better next year. The schemes on the street glides and ultras were much sportier and better looking.
Chris,
Glide = Cool. Glide + Trunk = Awkward = Uncool.
