2008 Harley-Davidson Lineup Gallery and Buyer's Guide

The iconic manufacturer added four new bikes to its stable that year

Harley-Davidson remains one of the most iconic motorcycle manufacturers in the world. Each year, great bikes hit the production lines, and the 2008 models were no exception.

Harley's big news for 2008 was the addition of four new bikes and the availability of anti-lock brakes on touring and V-Rod bikes, a total of 10 models.

The FXCW Rocker joined the Softail family as a custom cruiser, and the FXCWC Rocker C variant offered a small, foldaway passenger seat. Also new was the post-war bobber-inspired Softail Cross Bones. The FXDF Fat Bob also joined the Dyna family that year.

The 2008 model year was Harley-Davidson's 105th anniversary, which they celebrated with a limited-edition trim package available on 14 models, including the Road King Classic. The special editions featured Copper and Vivid Black paint, a seat with a copper-colored insert, a copper air cleaner cover, and exclusive badging.
