A combination of Italian art design and economical transportation, the new Vespa 946 is the production version of the
2011 Quarantasei concept scooter. Getting a claimed 120-plus mpg, the 946’s engine is a 125cc, three-valve single with fuel-injection. The little Italian bike even has traction control and ABS. Arguably the most stylish scooter in the world, it does, however, sacrifice the typical large under-seat storage area in exchange for the elegant, wasp-like body shape.
