The 2011 Victory lineup features new paint and cosmetic changes, but there are also a number of mechanical modifications, including:

  • Every 2011 Victory is now powered by a Freedom 106 (1,731cc) V-twin engine
  • The Stage 2 cam package version produces 97 horsepower and 113 ft-lbs of torque; it powers the Vegas Jackpot, Hammer, Hammer S, Vegas, Kingpin, Hammer 8-Ball, Vegas 8-Ball, Kingpin 8-Ball, and Zach Ness Vegas 8-Ball
  • The Stage 1 version produces 92 horsepower and 109 ft-lbs of torque, and powers the Vision Tour, Cross Country, Cross Roads, Cory Ness Cross Country, and Arlen Ness Vision Tour.
  • A totally redesigned 6-speed transmission features reduced gear whine and 66% less driveline lash. A "Neutral Assist" feature also makes it easier to find neutral.
  • Oil service intervals have been extended to 5,000 miles
  • Anti-lock brakes are now standard on the Vision Tour and Arlen Ness Vision
  • A new trunk is available for the Cross Country and Cross Roads
